At Vertex Real Estate, we are dedicated to the comfort and security of our tenants. Beginning with the lease signing process, our property managers work diligently to make sure you have the information you need each step of the way, and we are always happy to answer any questions you may have during your tenancy.

If you are living in a Vertex managed property, all maintenance requests and general questions are handled through our office. Our friendly office staff is available 9AM to 4:30PM Monday-Friday to take your calls, answer emails, or greet you at our office. Our full-time maintenance staff provides prompt, quality on-site repairs and general maintenance. An on-call staff member is always available 24 hours a day 7 days a week 365 days a year to respond promptly to any maintenance emergency.
